The co-organizers are the Marathon Rhodes Urban Nonprofit Society, EAS SEGA Dodecanese, the South Aegean Region and the Municipality of Rhodes-DOPAR, while the race is under the auspices of the Hellenic Tourism Business Association and sponsored by the Hellenic Tourism Organization.

The Rhodes International Marathon is being conducted with the certification of SEGAS and the International AIMS Marathon Federation, on an exceptional seaside route that best exemplifies the sights of Rhodes.
