THE URBAN NON-PROFIT COMPANY MARATHONIOS RHODES with headquarters at Smyrnis 42, Rhodes, P.C. 85100 (VAT number: 997341259) in collaboration with the Amus Hotel & Spa of the company H HOTELS COLLECTION with headquarters at Lardos, Rhodes, P.C. 85101 (VAT number: 094494321) are organizing a competition via Instagram entitled: "5 double rooms for 2 nights at the luxurious Amus Hotel & Spa!"

1. COMPETITION DURATION

  • Inception: February 06, 2025
  • Expiry: February 18, 2025
  • Winners Announcement: February 19, 2025 via Instagram Story on the official account @tuirhodesmarathon.

2. GIFT

Five (5) lucky winners will win a 2-night stay in a double room at Amus Hotel & Spa, during the Rhodes Marathon, from 4 to 7 April 2025.
The stay can be used on any date within the above time frame, as long as it includes the Marathon day (April 6).

  • The accommodation does not include breakfast.
  • Important: Contest participants must have already registered and are participating in the Rhodes Marathon to be eligible for the prize.

3. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE

The contest is open to everyone, regardless of nationality, age, or place of residence.
To participate, you must have already registered for the TUI Rhodes Marathon and participate in the race on April 6, 2025.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate:

  1. Tag your friends who love running or may need accommodation during the Marathon.
    Important: To claim accommodation, you must provide proof of your Marathon registration.

5. WINNERS' DECISION PROCESS

  • Winners will be selected through a random draw using an official giveaway app.
  • The names of the winners will be announced on February 19, 2025 via Instagram Story on the account @tuirhodesmarathon.
  • Winners will be notified via a direct message on their Instagram account.

6. CONFIRMATION OF WINNERS

  • Winners must respond to the message within 3 days of it being sent.
  • If a winner fails to respond, their prize will be awarded to a runner-up.

7. TERMS OF USE OF GIFTS

  • Prizes are strictly personal and non-transferable.
  • They cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.
  • Stays are subject to hotel availability.
