Additional Incentives to the Participants of the 5th International Marathon of Rhodes

Additional incentives will be available to participants in the 5ο International Marathon Road Rhodes, which will be held on Sunday 29 April 2019.

The Organizing Committee is now establishing cash prizes for the first three winners of the Marathon and they will be:

-900 euros for the first in men and women

-400 euros for the latter in men and women and

-200 euros for third parties

Thus, it will reward the effort of the best athletes who will run in Rhodes.

In addition to the cash prizes, the Organising Committee will establish two cup prizes for the 5km and 10km races:

-The fastest and

-The most numerous group

Thus, in each race, one trophy-cup will be awarded to the team with the best average of the net times of the first 5 runners and in the second category, to the team with the highest number of runners finishing.

A prerequisite for participation for each team is to have a team registration and to have at least five members finish the race.  

ATTENTION: The Organizing Committee informs that the registrations for the 5th International Marathon Road Rhodes, the Half Marathon, but also for the 5 and 10 km and 1,000 m races for primary school students (primary school students are registered through their schools), which will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018, will be completed on Sunday, April 22, 2018.
