A unique journey of sports, cultural exploration and mutual cooperation is being launched by the world's leading tourism organization TUI, which is also the title sponsor of the Rhodes International Marathon Road Race which will be held on April 26, 2026 for 11η time!
It is about the TUI Mediterranean Marathon League, which brings together some of the most iconic and exciting marathon races in the Mediterranean region and the world. The races included in the League are:
MARCH
-TUI Cyprus Marathon – Paphos, Cyprus
APRIL
-TUI Rhodes Marathon – Rhodes, Greece
OCTOBER
-TUI Marathon Palma – Mallorca, Spain
NOVEMBER
-TUI Palermo Marathon – Sicily, Italy
These matches have been carefully selected to be part of the TUI Mediterranean Cooperation Marathon League, due to their exceptional and common characteristics. Each race takes place in a Mediterranean coastal city, offering participants the opportunity to run close to the clear blue sea, surrounded by the beauty of these popular tourist destinations.
Additionally, these marathons boast a rich cultural history, allowing runners to immerse themselves in each city’s heritage as they conquer the marathon challenge. Organizing quality marathons is a top priority for each event, and all League marathons are licensed by the AIMS (International Road Marathon Federation), ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
The goal of the races is to create unforgettable running experiences and contribute to the progress of beautiful Mediterranean cities.

Co-organizers of TUI Rhodes Marathon is, the NGO MARATHONIOS RODOS RODOS, η Region of South Aegean, ο Municipality of Rhodes, η EAS SEGAS Dodecanese and the University of the Aegean.
The event is supported by the Rhodes Hotel Association, the Chamber of Dodecanese, the Museum of Modern Greek Art and the Dodecanese Antiquities Officey, while it is under the auspices of SEGAS, of General Secretariat of Sports of Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports and the Greek Tourism Organization (GTO).
