Aegean Airlines offers free tickets to the winners of the Rhodes International Marathon

Η Aegean Airlines, the leading Greek airline, will support for one more year the International Marathon of Rhodes and will be the Official Air Transport Sponsor of the Race that will be held on 10 April.

The long-standing support of the Aegean Airlines has contributed significantly to the success of the Marathon of Rhodes and the cooperation between the two sides has significant benefits for the runners as well, as the winners of the races will be rewarded with free airline tickets.

Η Aegean Airlines offers to the winners of the Marathon, man and woman, as a prize, a round trip economy class ticket for any route of its international network AEGEAN or of Olympic Air.

Also, the winners, male and female, of the 10 km and 5 km Half Marathon are offered as a prize, a return ticket in economy class for any route of the domestic network of the AEGEAN or of Olympic Air.

Now with the help of Aegean Airlines, runners have an extra incentive to register for the 7th Marathon of Rhodes which will take place on 10 April 2022.

Registration continues until April 3, for the events: Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 km race, 5 km race on the race website https://www.rhodesmarathon.gr/.

Runners who are fully vaccinated and who have a certificate of illness within the last 6 months are eligible to register and participate in the event.

The International Marathon of Rhodes is held with the certification of the SEGAS and the International Road Marathon Federation AIMS, on an excellent seaside route that highlights the best of Rhodes' attractions.

Major sponsor of the 7th International Marathon of Rhodes is the under armour. Sponsor of the 5 km race & Volunteering is the club H Hotels Collection. The official aviation sponsor is Aegean Airlines and sponsor of coastal transport Blue Star Ferries. The hospitality sponsor is the group Mitsis Hotels. The official sponsors are iStorm, Garden of Panthenols, fibran, ΚΑΥΚΑΣ, Citroen Friday, BAP P.KYIOS S.R.L.O. and the Dodecanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Co-organizers of the race are the NGO MARATHONIOS RODOS, the SEGAS Dodecanese, the South Aegean Region and the Municipality of Rhodes-DOPAR. The race is supported by the Rhodes Hotel Association, and is under the auspices of the Greek National Tourism Organization.

The Museum of Neohellenic Art of the Municipality of Rhodes (New Wing) will be the registration center of the race.
