The 12th TUI Rhodes Marathon will take place on Sunday, April 18, 2027,
the race that has been established as one of the most important international running events in Greece and the Mediterranean, attracting thousands of runners from Greece and abroad every year. The unique coastal route, which combines
combining sports with the history, culture and natural beauties of Rhodes, makes the race a special experience for each participant.
The event will include the distances of the Marathon (42.195 km),
the Half Marathon (21.097 km), the 10 km, the 5 km, the walking route
5 km., as well as the 600-meter race for children, giving the opportunity to participate
to runners of all ages and levels.
"Following the successful holding of the 11th TUI Rhodes Marathon, the race returns on April 18, 2027, aiming to offer a unique experience
to runners and visitors from all over the world. The ever-increasing participation of athletes from Greece and abroad confirms that the TUI Rhodes Marathon has established itself as one of the most important running races in the country and as a leading sporting and tourist event for Rhodes and the South Aegean. The evolution and continuous upgrading of the institution are due to the unique coastal route and

THE PROGRAM
-07:15 - 10 km.
-07:30 - Marathon (42,195m.)
-07:30 - Half Marathon (21,097m.)
-11:50 - 5 km.
-11:55 - Walking route 5 km.
-13:00- 600m. for children
STARTING POINTS, FINISHING POINTS
– Starting and finishing points at 42 km, 21 km, 10 km and 600 m will be Eleftherias Square (Altar of the Fatherland)
– The 5 km will start at Rimini Square (Sound and Light) and finish, also at Eleftherias Square (Altar of the Fatherland)
– The Marathon course is a circular distance of 21,097m, which runners must cover twice.
ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
Those who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate in the Marathon and Half Marathon races, while for the 10 km race they must have reached the age of 15 and for the 5 km race they must have reached the age of 12.
For all runners under the age of 18, the written consent of a parent or guardian is required.
A necessary condition for participation for minor runners is the responsible declaration of consent from the guardian by the official registration deadline.
In the 600m race for Primary School Students, students born between 2015 and 2018 are eligible to participate.
PRIZES – AWARDS
Prizes (medal and diploma) are awarded to the first three winners of the general classification for Men and Women of all competitions. A cup is awarded only to the first male and female athlete of each competition.
PARTICIPATION DECLARATION
Registrations for the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10km and 5km must be completed by Wednesday, April 7, 2027.
Participation applications will be submitted electronically.
THE REGISTRATION
Registrations have begun on the event website rhodesmarathon.gr and those interested can register for the Marathon, Half Marathon, as well as the 5 and 10 kilometer races.

-Co-organizers of the race are the Urban Non-Profit Company MARATHONIOS RHODES, the Region of South Aegean, the Municipality of Rhodes and the EAS SEGAS Dodecanese. The event is supported by the Rhodes Hoteliers Association, the Dodecanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Dodecanese Antiquities Ephorate, while it is under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Sports, the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports, SEGAS and the Hellenic Tourism Organization-EOT.
-The TUI Rhodes Marathon is held with the certification of SEGAS and the AIMS International Road Marathon Federation, on an excellent coastal route along the most important sights of Rhodes.
