This is an active and efficient synergy for the two successful Marathons with a common vision and actions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">The two organizing committees have decided on a series of joint actions such as:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Exchange of delegations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Hosting the first winners of each event.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Common racing packages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Common hospitality packages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Joint communication actions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Joint commercial cooperation.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All joint actions will be announced in detail in the coming weeks. \u039f <\/span><b>International Marathon of Rhodes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is held on 29 April and the first joint meeting of the two Organising Committees will take place there.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On behalf of the organizing committee of the RadissonBlu Larnaca International Marathon, Mr. <\/span><b>Costas Daltas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> stated: \"It is a special honour for us to be twinned with the Rhodes International Marathon. The historicity of Rhodes and the many common elements it has in common with Larnaca provide a strong foundation for a harmonious and highly efficient cooperation. The running movement is one of the strongest and most growing at European level and the twinning of the RadissonBlu Larnaca International Marathon with the Rhodes International Marathon aims at a strong presence of both in the international running community\".<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For her part, the president of the organizing committee of the Rhodes International Marathon, Mrs. <\/span><b>Marietta Papavassiliou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, he stressed: \"The twinning with the Radisson Blu Larnaca International Marathon honours and delights us. The coexistence of the two races, held in two beautiful island regions, honours the sporting ideal by promoting the values of solidarity and friendship. The two races share many common characteristics and I am sure that the twinning will be the springboard for their greater impact in the international running community.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We will be delighted to welcome the delegation from Larnaca on April 29th in Rhodes in order to officially announce the cooperation between us on the sidelines of the 5<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> International Marathon of Rhodes\".<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">We note that the 2nd Radisson Blu Larnaca International Marathon will take place on 18\/11\/2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The registrations for the <\/span><b>Marathon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, him <\/span><b>Half Marathon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but also the struggles of the <\/span><b>10 km.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>5 km.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>1,000 metres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for primary school students continue at the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">www.rhodesmarathon.gr. \u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Registration is open daily, except Saturday and Sunday (09.00-13.00) and at the offices of the Dodecanese SEGAS SEGAS offices at 1 Vyronos Street. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u039f <\/span><b>Marathon of Rhodes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> organized by the <\/span><b>South Aegean Region<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">y, the <\/span><b>E.A.S.
